I found this and an X-men source book at a game store out in Orleans (east end of Ottawa), only $10 each.
Never seen the rule book before, but I had found some guide books to the Marvel universe at Chapters, so it was great to get a chance to read trough yet another rule book. Just started so I have not had time to test out the character gen rules, or come to grips with it's dice-less resolution system. Right now it is in that nice place where it still has the possibility of being the super hero game that I have long searched for!
